A little bit about me

Hi, I'm Chin.

Long before I had clients, I was already the person everyone handed their problems to. At 12 years old, I was organizing our community's fiestas, leading youth groups, and making sure everything ran smoothly so others could simply show up and enjoy. That instinct — take the load off someone else's plate so they can focus on what matters — has never left me.

After years in corporate operations where my managers would hand me a goal and trust me to figure out the rest, I realized that freedom to execute is where I thrive. I don't need to be micromanaged. Give me the goal, and I'll handle everything in between. That's just how I'm wired.

With 10+ years across corporate operations and independent client work, I've seen what makes businesses run — and what makes them stall. I work best with solo founders, coaches, consultants, and small business owners who are growing fast but don't yet have a full team behind them.
